Where you can have sessions

You have a choice of locations for your coaching sessions…

  • Zoom Sessions – many people prefer these now. You don’t have to travel for the sessions, and they can be recorded to aid your recall.

  • Face-to-Face sessions – you can have face-to-face sessions either in my office, at your home or workplace, or at a venue near you. Book on a day and time and at a venue that works for you.

  • Outdoor Coaching – these sessions take place in a suitable safe, open public area such as a park, a coastal walk or on a beach.  You meet up and walk a circuit route.

When you can have sessions

We work office hours and some evenings and weekends. You can book a one-off session to see if coaching is right for you. One session alone can make a big impact. If you have a few sessions, you’ll start to see real change and progress towards your goals. If you’re coming with a topic of big significance to you it’s likely you may want a few sessions.

Advance Booking Discount

Important topics often need a few sessions to address them completely. Most clients start with an initial one-off session. Then when they see their progress, they switch to having several sessions booked in advance. This helps them to explore things fully.

Also, there is something about you making a commitment to regular sessions that helps your progress. Clients that dip in and out of coaching don’t tend to get as much out of it.

In order to support you to commit to regular sessions, we give 20% discount for an advance commitment booking of four sessions.

Regular Coaching sessions

Regular coaching sessions help to keep up the momentum with the changes you start to make.

Booking a regular day and time can be helpful, to make sure the best slot is reserved for you. We’ll do our best to fit you in at good times for you.

Some people continue to book individual sessions as they progress as it suits them to do this.

Clients come for an initial block of sessions and when things have changed for them they either start to tackle another area or the coaching can finish.

Some clients return at a later date for more coaching.

How these coaching sessions work

The two free online self-assessment forms help you to consider your priorities to work on. You can discuss these in the free initial 20-minute Discovery phone call to find out how coaching can help you.

Before you start you’ll agree to the terms of the simple two-page coaching agreement. This avoids any confusion.

In your first session you can get to work on your topic straight away! We provide short summary notes and any actions that you might want to take between sessions. You can have a session recording to help your recall of specific points.
